The main features of a mesh vinyl banner is it's wind permeable, making it the ideal solution for outdoor applications. Mesh banners are mostly commonly used in construction sites to offer privacy and brand advertising. We offer a variety of materials so you can choose the correct mesh for your signage needs. Despite the transparency, mesh material still offers a great amount of printable surface, with the 12x12TC option offering even more.
- Fences and temporary fencing
- Hoardings and construction sites
- Car dealerships and yards
- Schools and sporting facilities
- Wind permeable banner
- Offers privacy
- Good printable area despite transparency
- Great longevity
We use 12x12TC mesh for standard mesh banners. This has the greatest printable surface to result in a high quality print.
We stock different types of mesh that are differentiated by the Thread Count (TC) per inch. The higher the thread count, the less wind permeability but the higher print surface results in a better quality image.
Add your own Artwork or Design It with our Design Tool
Upload Existing Artwork to create your own custom banner. First input your specifications and choose your finish. You can upload most common file types, though we prefer PDF.
Use the Design Tool to create your own banner artwork. You can add text, filters or images to make it unique. Our Design Tool will offer you an easy editing process to produce the aesthetic you are looking for.
If your banner exceeds 3.2m in height there will be a join (this does not include length, as our rolls are 50m+). We assess the artwork provided and choose the best place to create the join, usually between letters or along any straight lines. Our team takes great care to ensure that if a join is required, that it impacts the design as little as possible.
Join in the material are practically invisible from a short distance unless it is pointed out.
However, if your banner can be rotated to print along the roll, we will do so to negate the need for a join.
How to Secure your Banner
This banner comes completely hemmed and with eyelets for securing. There are 500mm space between each eyelet along the edges. We recommend securing your banner with rope or zip ties to appropriate anchor points, such as along fencing, between trees or posts.
We don't recommend the use of these banners indoors unless you have appropriate mounting points.
